The off-heating summer season is the ideal time for the cleaning, construction, maintenance, and upkeep of heating systems. Without the groundwork laid during the non-heating season, the warmth of winter cannot be guaranteed. Recently, reporters from Liaoning Satellite TV First Time program visited Guoxin New Energy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Luen Mei Quantum (600167.SH), to explore their “summer preparations” aimed at ensuring “warm winter homes”.

It’s reported that to better prepare for the 2024-2025 heating season, Guoxin New Energy is diligently following the work arrangement of relevant government departments of Shenyang. The company is currently advancing in an organized manner with plans for corridor insulation renovation, key user follow-ups, boiler maintenance, room temperature collector procurement, and coal reserves, all in response to last year’s network renovations.

As one of China’s top 500 energy groups and a leading clean heating enterprise in the A-share market, Luen Mei Quantum has long been exploring various new paths for clean heating, actively responding to the national calls for energy conservation, emission reduction, and green development. Back in 2022, Guoxin New Energy initiated a project to retrofit coal-fired boilers, implementing deep recovery of flue gas waste heat. The project involves the construction of two 22MW flue gas waste heat recovery heat pump units, utilizing the technology route of “flue gas waste heat deep recovery device + lithium bromide absorption heat pump unit”. During project implementation, significant achievements have been made in energy saving, emission reduction, consumption reduction and efficiency improvement, marking a new breakthrough in Luen Mei Quantum’ exploration of clean energy heating pathways.
