Recently, Luen Mei Quantum (600167.SH), a leading integrated energy services provider on the A-share market, officially initiated the implementation of an integrated heat exchange station innovation project, further strengthening the smart management of future heat exchange stations.

As an integrated energy service provider driven by technological innovation, Luen Mei Quantum has continuously advanced its strategic transformation and upgrade. Focusing on core products such as heating, cooling, electricity, and steam, the company utilizes an intelligent operation and control platform to enhance service responsiveness and accuracy, pushing the boundaries of smart heating systems.

The newly launched integrated heat exchange station project aims to implement an “electrical control integrated cabinet” by optimizing technology and consolidating components. This integrated cabinet combines automated control with electrical control and can regulate the start-stop operation of electrical equipment such as circulation pumps and water pumps within the heat exchange stations. It also enables the monitoring and remote transmission of thermal parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, water level, and valve adjustments. The control system integrates the previously separate control functions into one platform via PLC and touchscreen control.

Currently, each heat exchange station under Luen Mei Quantum’s subsidiaries contains 2+N electrical control cabinets, including one power supply cabinet, one automatic control cabinet, and N electrical variable frequency control cabinets (N represents the number of zones in the heat exchange station). With the launch of this innovation project, the automatic control cabinet will be eliminated, and its functions will be integrated into the zone-specific electrical variable frequency cabinets, optimizing communication modes and saving installation and debugging costs. The new system is expected to be implemented in the newly built heat exchange stations of Luen Mei Quantum’s subsidiaries starting in September.
